IQ Lens Inc. – Online Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the online competition (“Promotion”) operated by IQ Lens Inc. (“IQ Lens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via NewGlasses4You.com and NoweOkulary.com (collectively, the “Websites”).
By entering the Promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate, entrants must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be a legal resident of the United States
Provide a valid full name, ZIP code, email address, and mobile phone number
Employees of IQ Lens Inc., its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. How to Enter
Between January 1, 2026, and January 31, 2026, visit one of the Websites and complete the entry form by submitting the following information:
Full name
ZIP code
Email address
Mobile phone number
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
4. Prize & Drawing Schedule
One (1) winner will be selected in a single random drawing on February 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Central Time)
The winner will receive up to $1,000 in credit toward any full-priced prescription glasses (frames and prescription lenses) purchased on either Website
The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
A random drawing will be conducted on February 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Central Time).
Notification Process:
The winner will be notified via email and/or SMS
The winner must confirm acceptance within seventy-two (72) hours of notification
If the selected winner fails to respond within the allotted time, an alternate winner may be selected
IQ Lens Inc. may attempt to contact each potential winner up to three (3) times
If no eligible winner is confirmed, the prize may remain unawarded
Final results may also be announced on the Company’s Website and Facebook page
6. Personal Data & Privacy
By entering the Promotion, you consent to IQ Lens Inc. collecting and processing your personal data (full name, ZIP code, email address, and mobile phone number) for the following purposes:
Administering the Promotion
Notifying the winner
Sending marketing communications
All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable U.S. laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails. IQ Lens Inc. does not sell or rent personal data. Only trusted service providers may access your information as necessary to administer the Promotion or fulfill marketing communications.

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” For assistance, reply “HELP.” IQ Lens Inc. will not share your mobile phone number with third parties except as necessary for trusted service providers to administer the Promotion.
8. General Conditions
IQ Lens Inc. reserves the right to:
Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances compromise the integrity of the Promotion
Disqualify any entry that violates these Terms or attempts to manipulate the entry process
IQ Lens Inc. is not responsible for:
Technical malfunctions, delays, or failures
Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
Incorrect or inaccurate contact information provided by entrants
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless IQ Lens Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
